This project explores the fluid threshold between dream and reality through the lens of Eastern philosophy.

Inspired by the classical Chinese metaphor “Flowers in a Mirror, Moon in Water,” the project visualizes beauty as both visible and untouchable — an illusion that exists only through perception, like a reflection seen for an instant before it fades.

Drawing from the 2026 trend report Fantastic Future, which identifies key directions such as Dreamy Iridescence, Ethereal Sheerness, and Surreal Dreamscape, this project adopts soft gradient tones, translucent materials, and reflective textures to express a poetic sensibility.

The design integrates the linear rhythm of Art Nouveau with the tranquil transparency of Eastern aesthetics, constructing a dreamlike visual space where light, shadow, and reflection dissolve into one another. Using six core hues — Rose Veil, Blossom Smoke, Pearl Gold, Ivory Stone, Aegean Mist, and Shadow Water — the collection balances warmth and serenity, capturing the contemplative calm of “illusory beauty.”

Through motifs of ripples, circular mirrors, and ethereal florals, Lucid Dream reinterprets the imagery of “Flowers in a Mirror, Moon in Water” as a meditation on perception and emotion — serene, elusive, and eternally awake within the dream.
